McDonald’s adds first permanent menu item in 4 years- McCrispy Strips
McDonald’s is adding its first permanent menu item in four years.
The fast-food chain announced Thursday it is bringing back chicken strips and introducing a new sauce.
The McCrispy Strips will be available on May 5.
The chicken tenders will be served in three or four pieces with the choice of sauce, including a new creamy chili dip.
Chicken strips were pulled from the menu in 2020.
Now that they’re back, McDonald’s is one step closer to the return of the fan-favorite snack wrap which is expected this year.
The snack wrap uses the same chicken tender for its filling.
